Concert Glockenspiel SG-120
The SG-120 is our flagship model with specially designed bars that create superior sound. The bars are completely suspended over the rails with minimum contact to realize long and clear resonance. Concert Glockenspiel SG-100
Concert Glockenspiel SG-100. The SG-100 is a 2.5 Octave instrument which covers most repertoires. It provides an elegant and brilliant sound with a wide range of expressions provided by thicker tone bars. The frame of the New generation of SG-100 is reinforced and tuning of overtones for lower bars are updated.

About Saito Glockenspiels
- Material

Tone bars are made of high carbon steels which are the best material for the bar. The 9mm thick bars have a wide range of expression and the 6mm thick bars create a quick sound response. Tone bars of the SG-120 are R-Chamfered which results in a more resonant and clear tone.
- Tuning Curve

The SG series employ the L-shaped tuning curve to match with the piano or other instruments in ensembles. The L-shaped tuning curve is unique for Saito Glockenspiels and natural for human hearing.
- Bar Mounting System

The bar mounting system of SG series which mount bars by one pin is designed to create a long resonance. Each bar of SG-120/100/88 sits on a crossed cord for minimum contact points, which allows long resonance and full volume.
- Case

Cases for SG series are used as resonance box so-called The American style. While the shape of the case is a trapezoid, players can set the Glockenspiels closer in case of setting in front of the Marimbas or the Vibraphones.
